There have been a number of quakes lately as the tectonic plates adjust under us.
Last night, actually early this morning just after 1am we were awakened by a strong quake. No damage to our home but it was strong enough to shake us all from sound sleep.
Costa Rica has earthquakes just about every day. Most occur without being felt. We accept them as part of life here. No big deal. The larger ones do excite us and give us something to talk about but we have no fear.
