There's nothing like starting your day watching wild toucans.
That's how my morning started yesterday. I got a few shots of the one toucan calling his mate. I posted a video on youtube of the pair together. It's not the best quality, the camera moves. What can I say even though I've seen these guy countless times I'm still excited when they show up. Hopefully that excitement will never fade.
It turned out to be a bit of an unusual day. We had light rain showers off and on through out the day with bright, sunny, blue skies in between. Different but cool. A sign this summer will be like no other for sure.
As I started making dinner Callista & I noticed a rainbow out the window. Always a welcome sight and sign of good things to come. We watched as it turned into a double rainbow. Really cool.
It looks like 2012 is going out in grand style. It has been an awesome year. Life keeps getting better and better.
The toucans were back again this morning. I wonder if the rainbows will return again as well?
