Interesting, don't ya think. Hey he gets around just fine with this. Bet it isn't fun in the rain but on a summer day it gets him where he's going. I want one. Looks like it's street legal. I wonder what kind of drivers license you need to drive it? I'm guessing a motorcycle license.
